In order to stop foreclosures by MERS we need the AG to act on behalf of the People. Copy the below paragraph into your Google Search. You will then locate the case. The PDF file of this Petition written by Mr. Gersten is a good and fair Petition but without the AG's written support there is only a 10% chance that the Supreme Court will Review the opinion of the Court of Appeal issued by 3 Justices who, as a matter of mistaken public policy to speed up foreclosures and evictions in this State by legitimizing MERS. Google MERS and you will find out what it is. If you read the Gomes Brief, you will see a citation to an article written by Gretchen Morgenson of the NY Times. Gretchen and I have been communicating about the foreclosure problems resulting from the "bankster" and their allies, the Banks, Lenders, and Servicers to take your house, using in some cases fraudulent documents and false signatures. I have filed lawsuits and appeals on behalf of my Attorney Son who was "railroaded" by a Superior Court "throw him out of the house" Judge, who was a former Federal Prosecutor appointed by that enabling President, George W. Bush. I describe in great detail how this Judge denied my Son justice and due process of law.
CitiMortgage has "allegedly" acted wrongful to me, the lawyer, who caught and stopped them in their tracks. I am preparing that lawsuit aganst CitiMortgage, and once it is filed it will become part of the Public Domain and will outline in great detail the continuing "hubris" of Citi, even though we taxpayers "bailed" them out. We need to send a message to the people of California that this conduct will no longer be tolerated. Millions of homeowners have been evicted from thier homes and are now living in shelters or in the street. We, the People, must rise up and fight this takeover by the evil "banksters" and put them out on the street. WE NEED YOU AND YOU AND YOU TO FORM A COALITION TO STOP MERS AND ITS SCHEMES. NOW IS YOUR OPPORTUNITY. DEMAND THAT THE NEW AG WORK FOR THE PEOPLE WHO ELECTED HER, AND TO PROTECT THE PEOPLE, THE COUNTIES, AND EVERY ENTITY THROUGHOUT THE WORLD THAT HAS BECOME BANKRUPTED BY THESE GREEDY, NO CONSCIENCE, ALL MONEY, "BANKSTERS" DEMAND JUSTICE. WITHOUR JUSTICE THERE WILL BE NO PEACE. THEIR T PARTY ALLIES WILL BE SHUTTING DOWN THE GOVERNMENT OF THE UNITED STATES IF THEY GET THEIR WAY THROUGH IGNORANCE AND OPPRESSION OF THE POOR AND HELPLESS.
